K7 is the Korean name for the Cadenza

Kia's large sedan was sold in Korea as the K7 and in the Gulf as the Cadenza. The auction carries the VG (2009–2016) and the YG (2016–2021, facelifted in 2019 as the K7 Premier). In 2021 it was replaced by the K8, which has its own page.

The YG was offered with four-cylinder and V6 petrol engines, a hybrid, an LPG version and, early on, a diesel. The V6 petrol cars match the Gulf Cadenza; the hybrid and LPG cars are the most common in Korea.

What to check before you bid

The K7 is a company and executive car in Korea, and the LPG version is also used by taxi fleets: check the usage history and fuel type in the inspection report, and we flag fleet cars before you bid.

Check the panel section for front-end repairs, and the trim: the Noblesse and Signature trims carry the leather, the ventilated seats and the full driver-assistance set.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a used Kia K7 in Korea?

Most Kia K7 cars in the Korean auction right now (80% of listings) are priced between $4,275 and $14,130, with a median of $8,621 — half cost $8,621 or less. These are auction prices in Korea before shipping and customs; the exact price depends on year, mileage and trim.

Is the K7 the same car as the Cadenza?

Yes. K7 is its Korean-market name and Cadenza the name buyers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf know it by — it is the same model. Korean-market equipment can differ from Gulf-spec cars, so check each car's specification in the inspection report and photos we send before you buy.

How much does it cost to import a Kia K7 from Korea to Saudi Arabia?

As an indicative example at our calculator rates for a sedan-size car (updated 2026-07), a Kia K7 at the median auction price of $8,621 comes to about $10,971 to Jeddah on the Red Sea or $10,771 to Dammam on the Arabian Gulf. That covers the car, Korean export fees, sea freight and our service commission; it excludes Saudi Arabia's customs duties, taxes and port clearance, which your customs broker handles on arrival. Enter any car's price in the import cost calculator, then we send you a final written quote on WhatsApp.

Calculate import cost
How long does shipping a Kia K7 from Korea to Saudi Arabia take?

Sailing from Busan to Jeddah or Dammam takes about 25–35 days depending on the shipping line, plus 3–5 days for export de-registration and preparation in Korea and the clearance days at the arrival port. You can ship RoRo (cheaper and faster to load) or in a container (more protection).

Importing from Korea to Saudi Arabia: full guide
Does a Korean-market Kia K7 meet Saudi Arabia's import requirements?

That depends on the specific car and on the rules in force when you import: requirements such as vehicle age and specification differ by country and change over time. So before you pay, we confirm the current requirements for the exact car you choose, and we prepare the export certificate, commercial invoice, bill of lading and inspection report your customs broker uses to clear it on arrival.

Can I inspect a Kia K7 before buying?

Yes — we send the official inspection report and all photos, and an additional independent inspection can be arranged before payment.

Is the Kia K7 the same as the Cadenza?

Yes: K7 is the Korean name of the car sold in the Gulf as the Kia Cadenza. Its successor from 2021 is the K8.

Which K7 should I choose for the Gulf?

A V6 petrol K7 matches the Gulf Cadenza and is the easiest to service. The hybrid is economical; avoid LPG unless your country has LPG stations.
